David Read’s core competency is as CEO of a software company in the US HR market.  We can provide as much or as little oversight as you need.  ConnectUS will build a completely custom programme to help you get operational in the US market.  At your option, this can include taking overall responsibility for all the logistics of setting up and running your US operation.

 

Based on your specific needs for the location and type of office space and using our network of providers, we’ll put together a short list of suitable properties (usually between 3 and 5) for your CEO or designate to review in person.

 

ConnectUS has relationships with bankers and corporate lawyers in order to complete your company formation and open bank accounts.  We also have relationships with Immigration lawyers to help set up the required visas for your transferring workforce.

 

We’ll work with you and your team to decide which resources you will be sending over to start up the US operation.  ConnectUS has relationships with both local and national recruiting agencies to help you with additional personnel requirements.  We strongly recommend that you have US sales personnel.

 

We’ll connect you with experienced, local accounting expertise to help you set up the appropriate accounting systems and practices.

 

Once the office is open, ConnectUS can provide Interim, part-time non-Exec or Executive management for your US operation while recruiting and/or training a permanent CEO.
