Staffing Software Firm Nabs Global Deal

One well-known staffing software (Click here) company is gaining global traction.

Bond International Software recently announced that it has signed a contract with i3 Pharma Resourcing, a global provider of quality clinical research and data services personnel. As part of the deal, i3 plans to replace many of its databases throughout its global operations with Adapt, Bond’s flagship software.

“It is our mission to serve companies like i3 with innovative and flexible solutions that deliver clear value,” David Read, president and CEO of Bond, said. “We are proud to be selected as i3′s technology partner and look forward to helping them build on their market-leading position.”

Gail Kniveton, director of data services for i3, said the company reviewed nearly 12 leading staffing software vendors. The company ultimately chose Bond because of the company’s overall ability to deliver against several key objectives.

Some of those objectives include tailored support of i3′s proprietary business process, automated quality assurance capabilities and the proven capability to implement successfully.

“Bond proved they could help us provide superior service to our clients, candidates and workforce on a global scale,” Kniveton said. “Even better, Adapt will enable us to grow our business and drive continual improvements in a cost-effective manner.”

“It was imperative that the system could support our expanding operational footprint across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas, therefore we needed a scalable solution that could support multiple languages,” i3 President Bill McHale said. “Bond’s Adapt platform was the clear choice for i3 due to its market-leading functionality; in addition, its flexibility, scalability and extensive experience in international roll-outs will enable it to deliver ROI across all of our offices.”
